SHIPPING
All bandanas are handmade with love, and orders are completed in the order they are received.
Processing times for orders are currently at 2-3 weeks, with shipping taking 3-5 business days as items are made-to-order. We appreciate your patience.
An email will be sent with shipping confirmation with a tracking number once items have shipped.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds may be processed within 7 days of delivery, and items must be shipped back to us within 21 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

CURRENCY EXCHANGE
Due to our shop being located in the US, international orders may be subjected to currency exchange rates. These rates change on a daily basis, any refund amounts are subjected to these alterations in exchange rates, and cannot be altered.
